Lemon Arctic char fillet baked in paper

Ingredients for 4 people

4 Arctic char fillets (about 180g each)

40g butter

200ml white wine

4 lemon slices

4 basil leaves

Olive oil

4 sprigs of thyme

Salt, pepper

 

 

Method

Debone the Arctic char fillets.

Place fish fillet on a square piece of foil 40 cm by 40 cm.

Season the fillet and place on top 10g butter, white wine, 1 slice of lemon, 1 basil leaf, 1 tbsp olive oil and thyme twig.

Shape the foil by closing it tightly.

Bake 10 minutes at 220°C in a ventilated oven.

Open the foil and enjoy.
